Kapil Mohan Gupta,

Kapil qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2006. He brings with him a collective experience of more than 15 years of managing finance, accounts, compliance and HR function for corporates, private equity firm, AIF and PMS with a keen focus on overseeing compliances, audit and assessments under direct & indirect tax, FEMA, SEBI (AIF CAT-I and PMS), stock exchange (debt listing & compliance) including interactions with regulators, auditors, consultants, trustees, bankers, and lawyers.

In his last role as a freelance consultant, he was overseeing the finance and compliance function for one of the largest AIF Angel Funds in India. Besides, he was associated with AIF CAT -II to monitor cash flows, MIS and compliances for some of its investments in commercial real estate.

Prior to this, he led the finance, tax and compliance function for Xander's India office & warehousing investment platform and Xander's India advisory arm. Part of asset management team, he had served as a Non-Executive director on the boards of Xander investee companies and was also actively involved in debt financing, debt listings, merger, acquisitions, exits, treasury, assessments, litigations across the portfolio.

Gautam qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2007. He brings with him a collective experience of more than 15 years of managing finance, accounts, budgets, management reporting, audits and tax compliances for corporates, firms and Individuals.

As a freelance consultant, he has also been working as part of CFO team of Assystem STUP (India), one of the largest global engineering consulting firms.

Prior to this, he has worked with Assystem STUP, CH2M HILL and Mynd Integrated Solutions as senior manager in their finance team.
